Minimum of 8 Indoor Team Practices

Team Uniform 

High Intensity Training from Duke & Cornell Alumna

Team Practice Location: Unlimited Sports Action in Port Washington

Tournament Date/Location: Saturday, March 29th in New Jersey

​​​​Practices begin in January 2025​

Practices are Tuesdays

5:00 - 6:30 PM for Grades 3rd - 5th

6:30 - 8:00 PM for Grades 6th - 8th
