Tuesdays or Thursdays

5:00 - 6:00 PM

Location: Your Home or North Side Fields in Saratoga (next to Skidmore)

5 Player Minimum for a Group

4 Week or 6 Week

$100 per player for 4 weeks

$150 per player for 6 weeks

• Emphasis on independent skills & team play

• Challenging Negative Thoughts & our inner voices

• Giving players a sense of achievement both on and off the field

• Teaching both lacrosse & self-esteem skills 

• Setting goals, celebrating efforts, embracing imperfection/uniqueness while paving way for success

Equipment Needed:

Girls:  Lacrosse Stick, Goggles & Mouthguard)

Boys: Ages Nursery and Pre-K (Stick and Gloves Only) 

Ages K and Up (Stick & Gloves/Full Pads recommended)
